[Job description]

• Have the opportunity to become a core member in the company's new business segment of Foreign Investment Consulting:
• Carry out procedures related to Investment and related Enterprises of Customers and Internal Affairs;
• Implement and support post-establishment procedures for customers;
• Control legal compliance within the scope of work in charge;;
• Support the development and inspection of the Company's legal documents; ;
• Other activities related to marketing and operations (exchanging and negotiating with customers, writing specialized articles, updating websites, etc.).

[Job requirements]

• Graduated from University or higher majoring in Law, Economic Law, and other related law majors.
• Minimum: 05 years of experience performing related procedures. Priority is given to candidates with experience working at service providers or law offices/firms. .
• Having love and passion for the legal profession
• Having knowledge and skills in problem solving.
• Fluent in 4 skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing in English or Japanese.
