Job Description
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
- Managing the recruitment and selection process;
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program;
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management; Design, maintenance, and operation of internal regulations;
- Employee management (attendance, employment contract...etc);
- Planning and organizing company events;
- Procedures related to employment of foreign employees;
- Negotiations and reports with the government and labor unions.
Job Requirement
- Years of experiences: At least 7 years of relevant working experiences, and 3 years of experience for HR Manager;
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and related law & policies;
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
- Business level of English or Japanese skills.
Nice to Have:
- Business level of Japanese skills;
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- Worked in Japanese companies and IT field;
- Installing new systems, or software for the business.
